I've been cross country skiing since 2009, and have a huge love of being out for the day, enjoying the exhilaration of a race, or watching magical scenery when the temperatures plummet.
So, I thought a central point of information on Nordic skiing might be an idea to put together.
All too often whilst I'm researching new places to cross country ski, I find websites with masses of information on downhill areas. But I have to look really hard to piece together all the information I need on cross country skiing in the area.
This is a compilation of information, a place for people to find out how and where to cross country ski and rollerski, where they can join a club, be with like minded people, share information via Facebook with an exchange of ideas and ways of meeting up for transport. Or just a reference point to make your independent plans for your next trip.

Thanks to all those who have already contributed information for the website - other material is welcome.
